Emmerdale spoilers have revealed the kind-hearted chef will confront Kim Tate (Claire King) in upcoming scenes when he learns about the hitman she hired to kill Graham Foster.
Marlon (Mark Charnock) was jailed for Graham's murder when police found CCTV footage showing him walking near the crime scene at the time of the attack.
Villain Pierce Harris (Jonathan Wrather) was eventually exposed as the killer, meaning Marlon was set free from prison. Returning to the village, Marlon is devastated to learn that pal Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) stole Graham's money after his murder – but withheld that information from the police.
