Emmerdale fans were left confused during Friday's episode after Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln) made a bit of a mistake when talking about the Dingles.

During the episode, he tried to implicate Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor Draper) and Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) into the hit and run to get police off his case.He called his mum Kim Tate (Claire King) via video chat and referred to Nate as Belle's "cousin", when in fact he is her nephew.Nate's father is Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley), who is Belle's older half-brother, making her Nate's aunt.Viewers quickly noticed the blunder and rushed to Twitter to point it out.One said: "Dear Jamie, Belle and Nate aren't cousins.
