Emma MacDonald Pritchard is no rookie. The Massachusetts native has been sharing her life on YouTube for nearly a decade, starting when she was a junior in high school and she’d post vlogs about her daily life with her friends.“By the end of my junior year I hit 100,000 subscribers, which was so crazy to me,” she tells me. “And then I just continued with it, and then I hit about 200,000 subscribers.

So once I got to the end of my senior year, I was making a steady income, which is kind of crazy.”Since she was already making money as a content creator, Pritchard decided to forego college and go all in on her career.

She had no idea, though, that she had two special fans: her future sister-in-law and mother-in-law.“Actually [my husband’s] sister and his mom have watched my videos since I was in high school, his mom, she watches my sister [fellow YouTuber ] too…they love our content, our day in the life stuff and things like that.”Her future , Boston Celtics player Payton Pritchard, noticed her too, shooting her an Instagram comment after seeing his sister watch her content and thinking she was cute.

They talked for a few months, but it wasn’t until 2022 that they got together for good. Then, Pritchard officially entered her .
