Emergency services swarm road after woman, 70, on mobility scooter falls into lake

Emergency services swarmed a road in Littleborough on Monday (February 19) after a 70-year-old woman fell into Hollingworth Lake.

Police, paramedics and fire crews attended the scene after the woman, understood to be riding a mobility scooter at the time, fell down an embankment and into the water at the edge of the lake at around 1pm.
