Cops have raced to an ongoing incident at a Glasgow canal. Emergency services are on the scene at Maryhill Locks in the north of the city in response.
A large police presence is being reported in the area by eyewitnesses, including forensic officers. The Scottish Ambulance Service and fire crews are also on the scene.
The incident is taking place at the junction of Maryhill Road and Cowal Road. An eyewitness has told the Daily Record part of the canal path has been cordoned off, with rescue boats pictured at the scene.
