Ellen DeGeneres Show is being investigated by WarnerMedia over claims of 'racism' and 'intimidation' from former employees, according to reports.It is alleged the probe has been launched after numerous accounts of staff on the US talk show being mistreated.
TV bosses from show producer Telepictures and distributor Warner Bros sent a memo to staffers explaining the investigation is being launched, sources claim.
It was explained in the memo, WarnerMedia’s employee relations group and a third party firm will be holding interviews with staff of the show to discuss their own experiences.
The news of the alleged probe comes as BuzzFeed published a report alleging racism and intimidation on the show this month, Variety reports.The report found.
