Ellen DeGeneres has lost more than one million viewers from her daily talk show. The decrease in ratings comes after she endured a summer of controversy after past and present employees hit her with accusations that she has enabled a "toxic culture" behind the scenes.The allegations blew up into a formal investigation - led by WarnerMedia - and Ellen's back was against the wall as she had to fire some people who work behind the scenes.Ellen returned to her talk show in September where she addressed the controversy in a lengthy monologue.While a lot of viewers tuned in for the apology - giving it the highest ratings for an Ellen premiere in four years - the same can't be said for the episodes after.The show has since lost more than a million.
