Ellen DeGeneres has been accused of 'bullying' Mariah Carey in a resurfaced video as a star of the Channel Nine network issued a withering take down of the talk show host.

Singer Mariah had told Vulture that she was pregnant at the time of the interview in 2008 and wasn't ready to reveal the news but Ellen had other ideas.

She played a 'prank' on Mariah involving making her drink alcohol, knowing that her refusal would 'confirm' the rumour that she was expecting at the time.

The now 50-year-old performer said that she was made to feel "extremely uncomfortable" at the time by the host, who has been under fire over the "toxic" atmosphere backstage on the show.
