EASTENDERS star Maisie Smith straddled a punchbag in a bizarre gym workout tonight. The Tiffany Butcher actress, who has signed up to Strictly Come Dancing, was filmed swinging from the gym bag in a hilarious video on Instagram tonight.

Maisie, 19, showed off her strength as she lept into the air and gripped the bag with her arms and legs as her pal laughed at her antics off camera.

The Strictly contestant captioned her video: "So what do u do at the gym?" Maisie should have no problem keeping up with the dance routines on Strictly as she often shares videos showing off her incredible fitness and dance skills at home.

She also won a Children In Need version of Strictly last year with pro Kevin Clifton. Joining her on the dancefloor will be.
