Louisa Lytton has opened up about the "negative" thoughts she's been experiencing about her body since finding out she's pregnant with her first child with fiancé Ben Bhanvra.The 32 year old, who recently showed off her blossoming baby bump during a stroll, took part in the Made by Mammas podcast to explain that there are times she "hates" her body.The EastEnders star, who plays Ruby Allen in the hit BBC soap opera, said that while she's "so happy" to be expecting her first child, it hasn't all been fun and games. "You are pregnant so everyone around you feels like this is the best news possible," she told hosts Zoe Hardman and Georgia Dayton.
