EastEnders' Kim set for emotional scenes after being left traumatised by car crash and court case

EastEnders’ Kim Fox hasn’t had an easy time of it of late.The much-loved character, played by Tameka Empson, is facing charges of dangerous driving after the car accident she was involved in that left stepson Denzel Danes (Jaden Ladego) hospitalised in critical condition.Viewers will know Kym Kim was to blame for the accident - as it happened after the mum had picked up her phone to check it while she drove.Kim had received messages from Ravi (Aaron Thiara) which had led to his affair with Denise Fox (Diane Parish) finally being exposed.Kim is set to face the consequences of her actions soon as she awaits the court case but new spoilers reveal she’s set for emotional scenes in the run up as she feels the impact of what’s happened.During celebrations for the King’s Coronation on Albert Square, Kim will take to the stage to deliver a performance of a Dusty Springfield hit with Felix.But as her stress levels have been pushed to the max, she starts to feel overwhelmed when she can’t see Denzel in the crowd waiting to watch her.And on the night before she’s due in court, viewers will see Kim suffer a huge panic attack after she’s asked to drive for work.Denzel sees what’s happening and he tries to make Kim promise to tell his dad, Kim’s partner Howie, what’s going on but he is still giving her the cold shoulder because of the crash.Kim suffers another attack before she heads to court - but she’s given some moral support when she turns up and realised Howie and Denzel are there waiting for her.
