EastEnders fans were emotional as the long-running BBC soap marked the seventh anniversary of her death. Dame Barbara Windsor's Peggy Mitchell was an iconic character on the smash-hit soap, with her impact on the show still felt to this day.
The former Queen Vic landlady was a fan favourite on Albert Square, and had a number of important storylines during her tenure on the show.
After lighting up the screen with her arrival in 1991, viewers were saddened by her exit in 2016, which saw Peggy take a lethal overdose of pills after battling with cancer.
Barbara Windsor, who played the character from 1994 onwards, sadly died in 2020. On Tuesday's episode of the show, the Mitchell family paid tribute to the much-missed matriarch in her beloved Queen Vic with themed cocktails.
