EastEnders' Ben Mitchell star Charlie Jones looks different 13 years after leaving soap
ok.co.ukCharlie Jones is all grown up 13 years on from his role on EastEnders as Ben Mitchell. Charlie, 26, took on the role of 10 year old Ben in 2006 and went on to be a regular face on the BBC soap for four years, featuring on nearly 300 episodes in total.
Charlie’s not the only star to have played Charlie though; six actors have portrayed EastEnders icon Phil Mitchell and Kathy Beale’s son over the years.
While he’s since stepped away from soap land, Charlie is still very much still pursuing his love of acting after training as an actor at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, and has starred in the likes of McDonald & Dodds and Noughts + Crosses since leaving Walford.
In 2022’s McDonald & Dodds, Charlie portrayed DC Samuel Goldie and sported a beard, as well as ditching his Ben Mitchell glasses.
