And things will only be getting more emotional in the coming weeks as Lola, who has been given just weeks to live, is set to pass away - with fans thinking they have figured out the heartbreaking date.
In Wednesday's episode Lola was told she had just weeks to live rather than months and it looks like the young mum will sadly die on Wednesday May 31 - after fans have studied the upcoming episode summaries from the BBC.
The programme description on the BBC website for that day simply says: "Jay faces the most difficult moment of his life", leading fans to believe Lola will tragically die.
