Lisa Cameron sat on the Tory benches in the House of Commons for the first time yesterday as she crossed the floor from the SNP.The MP for East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lesmahagow could be seen seated among her new party colleagues between former prime minister Theresa May and Scottish Tory leader Douglas Ross and two rows behind Rishi Sunak during Prime Minister's Questions.Commons Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle scolded the Tories for cheering too loudly as she formally defected to the Conservatives.Dr Cameron left the SNP last week just hours ahead of reselection for her East Kilbride constituency which was won by SNP staffer Grant Costello.
