This Morning host Eamonn Holmes, 60, who is married to co-presenter Ruth Langsford, 60, has opened up about the time he lied to one of their guests on the ITV daytime show.The presenter revealed how he told the producer to not reveal the whole truth.In an interview with Shane Todd on his podcast, Tea With Me, the broadcaster opened up about the time a plastics representative came in to talk on the programme.Eamonn commented: “Another guy came in and he said, 'I’m a representative for plastics in the ocean.“'I’m a crusader for plastics in the ocean.So there can’t be any plastics in my dressing room'.”Eamonn then explained: “The producer said the TV’s plastic, the door handles are plastic, god knows what’s plastic.“I said, 'Just lie'.
