Dubai flights to Scotland banned as three new countries added to quarantine list

It means anyone arriving in Scotland if has spent time in these countries in the past 10 days must isolate.The travel ban will come into place from 4am on Friday 29 January.Flights from Dubai will also be banned as aircraft coming from UAE to Scotland carrying passengers will be halted from 1pm tomorrow.Extending the travel man measures has been branded 'essential' to reduce risk of new cases and strains.Ministers have agreed the move on the basis of advice today from the Joint.
