Areas of the UK could be buried in up to 15 inches of snow next week after the Met Office issued a string of weather warnings.
Forecasters have put out snow and ice weather alerts for the next three days, with up to seven inches of the white stuff possible between tomorrow and Tuesday.
A couple of inches of snow are likely in north Wales, northern England, Northern Ireland and large swathes of Scotland. Scots could even see 15 inches of snowfall across the Grampian Mountains on Wednesday, the Met Office said.
