Driver nearly crashes into mum pushing pram as she suddenly appears in dark tunnel

Heart-stopping dashcam footage shows the motorist driving on a quiet road before going into a tunnel in the city of Foshan, Guangdong province in south-east China.
Just seconds after entering the tunnel, a woman comes into view pushing a pram with a small child on it. The driver pulls the emergency brake and manages to stop without hitting the pair before driving off in another lane.
It is not clear why the woman was walking through the tunnel where pedestrians were not allowed to enter. Viewers were left enraged and blasted the parent for putting her child in grave danger.
