A disabled man has been left living in a council flat with mould on the walls, which he claims is putting his health at risk.
Adrian Huthwaite, aged 47, suffers from COPD, Bronchiectasis and severe asthma, and is paralysed from the waist down due to a devastating motorbike crash 16 years ago.
He has been living in a ground floor property in Leicestershire for the past three years and said that he had to fight the council for the first few years of his tenancy to adapt his home with an electric front door, so that he could manage to escape if there was a fire.
