A carer who was already suspended for stealing thousands of pounds entered the home of a dementia patient to take her bank card.

Faye Collins "despicably" took a key from the victim's lock box before taking the card and using it to withdraw £880, a court has heard.

The 25-year-old had previously cared for the grandma, but was suspended from her duties having been rumbled using the card of another vulnerable woman months earlier.

Collins appeared at Liverpool Crown Court this morning (July 31) via video link from HMP Styal, where she wore a Disney t-shirt and glasses.
