Christmas. Elliot Prest, 23, his father Malcolm Prest, 47, and sister Sapphire say they were forced to move out of their Bransholme house after racking up a "huge" rent bill with Hull City Council.
They were offered accommodation elsewhere until a flat becomes available, but have declined the offer as it would mean the three being split up from one another, Hull Live reports.
Malcolm is a full-time carer for Elliot, who has various disabilities and disorders including autism, ADHD, dismissive-avoidant attachment disorder and OCD.Elliot said: "The council sent my dad a big bill for rent and bedroom tax without warning and it has forced him into having to give the house away."Since then, they have tried to split us up.
