West Ham midfielder Declan Rice reportedly has a preference to join Chelsea over Manchester United, according to reports. The England international has been a player of interest for the Reds and was previously earmarked as their primary transfer target for the summer, last September.
Ahead of the upcoming window, United have already highlighted the midfield as one of their problem areas. Rice has been fiercely linked with a move away from the Hammers throughout the course of the season.
