ABC is the latest broadcast network to adjust its schedule to accomodate the vice presidential debate between Governor Tim Walz (D-MN) and Sen.
J.D. Vance (R-OH), hosted by CBS News, which is scheduled for Oct. 1. The Dancing with the Stars episode previously scheduled for Tuesday, Oct.
1, will be preempted. Instead, the network will double pump the ballroom dancing competition the following week with a two-night event on Monday, Oct 7, and Tuesday, Oct 8.
As previously announced, season 33 of Dancing with the Stars premieres Sept.17, simulcast live on ABC and Disney+ and available next day on Hulu.
