Jahden Nelson, 28, also suffered burns to 35% of his body as well as a heart attack when a metal pole he was holding touched high-voltage overhead lines.

Opening up about the incident, he said he didn't realise the power lines were live at the jobsite in Auckland. He was stunned to find out that he and his colleagues had been exposed to live wires whilst working.
