In last night’s episode of the ITV soap, viewers discovered Curtis had been lying to fiancée Emma Brooker (Alexandra Mardell) and the rest of the Street’s residents since arriving on the famous cobbles.
As he attended a hospital visit, doctors told him that he had a totally clean bill of health and no reason to worry, suggesting he should book an appointment with a psychologist for Factitious Illness Disorder.
Now, 22-year-old Sam has spoken out about Curtis’ spiralling lies, explaining he’d been in on the secret since auditioning for the soap role.
