Louise was born on March 13 in 1979, making her 43.She grew up in Bristol before training at the Oxford School of Drama.Before she entered the wonderful world of soap operas, Louise worked under the name of Louise Howells and appeared in various television programmes including Waking the Dead and Law & Order: UK.She also appeared as part of sketch show Comedy Bitch until 2010.Not much is known about Louise's life and career prior to Emmerdale due to her name being different.Dedicated soap fans will remember Louise from when she starred as Chrissie White in ITV's Emmerdale.She was cast in the role back in October 2014 and played the the role of fiancée to Robert Sugden, and a member of the White family.Chrissie arrived in the village with her fiancé Robert, her father Lawrence White (John Bowe) and her son Lachlan White (Thomas Atkinson).

The family headed up Home Farm and were the resident 'posh' and uber wealthy family at the time.She departed the soap in 2018 when her character was killed-off in a car accident.
