Coronavirus: Disney may check visitors' temperatures before entry once parks reopen

Disney might force its theme park visitors to have their temperatures checked before going in once the coronavirus restrictions are lifted.

The company is considering the idea as one way to make the public feel safe about returning to the parks once they are allowed to open again for business.

Walt Disney Co Executive Chairman said in an interview he wanted people to feel comfortable - and for that to happen there may need to be more scrutiny.

Bob Iger said temperature checking could become normal procedure, in the same way visitors' bags are checked.
