They had been regularly updating social media with the magnificent animals they had spotted on safari before moving on to complete their amazing trip in Zanzibar.
As they headed home to Manchester, Hanni revealed Jack, who is famed for playing David Platt in the ITV soap, had asked her to marry him.
When she took to her Instagram page to share the exciting news, writing: "05.06.24 I said YES to forever!!!" alongside a picture of the loved-up pair and a glimpse at her new sparkler.
