Coronation Street's Stu Carpenter star breaks silence on 'nice' part of exit after three years
manchestereveningnews.co.ukCoronation Street star Bill Fellows has spoken for the first time about his exit as Stu Carpenter leaves the cobbles. The actor first appeared on the ITV soap back in 2021 as part of the huge hate crime storyline.
Viewers will remember that after Nina Lucas was targetted by Corey Brent and his gang of mates, her boyfriend Seb Franklin was killed in a brutal beating.
And it was later, in October 2021, that Stu inadvertently saved the vital piece of evidence which showed that Corey was guilty of the murder of Seb months earlier in May that year. Once she found a home back in Weatherfield, Kelly came to Stu's rescue and he's since found his own home on the street, living with Yasmeen Metcalfe and working as a chef at her restaurant Speed Daal.
