Coronation Street's Samia Longchambon gets fans' support after sharing sweet rare family snaps

Coronation Street star Samia Longchambon has been flooded with messages of support after candidly talking about her battle with anxiety that reared its head this week.

Back in June 2021, the actress was applauded by her co-stars and fans as she revealed her latest personal achievement. Samia revealed that after eight months of studying, she had received a diploma in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).

It comes as Samia, who is famed for playing Maria Windass in the ITV soap, has previously opened up about her own anxiety battle and regularly shares with her followers if she may be having a bad day, what helps her or how she combats her feelings of anxiety and tries to stay calm such as partaking in a yoga session in her Corrie dressing room. "Tell me something good that's happening to you," she asked alongside an Instagram question box on her Story.

She also wrote: "Being honest, anxiety has a choke hold on me today so any of you have any good news, please share it with me... (and I'll reshare).
