The mysterious newcomer spoke to Geoff's abused wife Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King) in prison, as she is awaiting her trial for attempted to murder Geoff to begin.Elaine revealed she is one of Geoff's exes, and she was also abused by him so she knows what Yasmeen has been going though behind closed doors.She is also saddened to hear that Geoff's son Tim is taking his dad's side in the trial, and this spurs her on to tell Alya that she will testify that Geoff is abusive.When Geoff discovers that Elaine is further damaging his reputation, he flies into one of his rages and threatens to get her.
