The actress recently made her debut as Geoff's ex-wife Elaine, a secret abuse victim of his. Her real name was Philippa, and she was his first wife and the real mother of his son Tim Metcalfe - something he was unaware of.
Corrie viewers have seen Geoff abusing current wife Yasmeen for months, coercively controlling her, manipulating her and isolating her from her loved ones.
But Geoff has done this all before, it's been confirmed, with his first wife - who he claimed had died. In fact, Philippa, now known as Elaine, fled for her life almost 50 years ago believing Geoff would kill her.
