The Corrie star, played by Sally Dynevor, started to act suspiciously around her father-in-law, hinting she was growing wise to his lies.
It all kicked off when Geoff (Ian Bartholomew) and son Tim (Joe Duttine) returned from the hospital and tried to unlock the front door to number six.
Inside, Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) and Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) scoffed at Geoff, letting him know the locks had been changed.
