Fans already know that David is currently in the bad books of notorious gangster Harvey Gaskell. It's become clear in recent weeks that he is being sought out by Harvey's thugs after taking money which belonged to him, after it was offered to David's sister Sarah Platt by Harvey's brother Damon Hay.
First, David was confronted by Radcliffe brothers Matty and Logan, but one is now behind bars for the brutal murder of their own sibling, Mason.
