As fans of the ITV soap know, the character isn't coping very well as she deals with the aftermath of trying to get revenge on her sister Toyah Habeeb and her ex partner Nick Tilsley after discovering their affair, before she was ultimately being charged with fraud.
She has since tried to stir up trouble with Nick and Toyah, and even Nick's son Sam Blakeman after she burnt their passports in the toaster at their flat, before walking out and leaving a potential fire to break out.
And next week, it's been revealed in Corrie spoilers that Leanne will turn to alcohol and will be suspected of burning down the Platts' family home.
