Last month, it was Carla's nephew Bobby Crawford who was seen bringing Rob back into Carla's life after several years. Carla's younger sibling, and the former fiancé of Tracy Barlow, is currently in prison after being handed a life sentence for the murder of Tina McIntyre.
But with Carla's health taken a serious downward turn, leaving her in need of another kidney transplant, Bobby went to his dad to encourage him to help her.
While he initially refused, Rob eventually agreed to be tested, much to Carla's initial disapproval, but Corrie fans thought it was too good to be true.
