Coronation Street fans 'rumble' newcomer Lou's real identity in Platt DNA twist

Coronation Street buffs think they've cracked the case on Lou Michaelis - she may just be kin to a Weatherfield legend! In January, the show announced it's welcoming a new duo: Lou (played by Farrel Hegarty) and Mick (Joe Layton).The troublesome two have been labelled "nightmare neighbours" set to stir up the street when they settle into Mawdsley Street.

It's reported this pair is about to kick off "absolute carnage" among the locals - quickly becoming the epicentre of some fireworks-filled episodes.

Lou burst onto the scene on Wednesday (February 12), instantly making her mark in the corner shop by giving Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) a bit of grief over some nighttime pull-ups.

Gemma (Dolly-Rose Campbell) immediately spotted Lou as another mum from her kids' school.The mums hit it off, and later, we saw Lou heading to the Rovers for a pint with Gemma, reports Plymouth Live.
