David was sneaking around intercepting letters sent through the post and deleting emails from Shona's laptop before it was revealed she was being contacted by Weatherfield Prison about her son, Clayton Hibbs, who fans of the ITV soap will remember for killing David's late wife Kylie Platt in cold blood in middle of the cobbles.
During Monday night's (November 11) Corrie, David shared with brother Nick Tilsley about the visiting order he received from Clayton and Nick suggested that David should be honest with Shona as she will inevitably discover the truth.
