Climate activists block road to Scots oil base with 13ft model of rig saying 'please decommission me'

A 13ft model of a rig with a sign reading 'please decommission me' has been put in place at the Invergordon Service Base of the Cromarty Firth Port Authority- a place where work is often done on the massive offshore structures.

Protestors are also holding other signs including 'No more rigs. Green jobs now.' while four are locked onto prop oil barrels in the road, preventing traffic access.
