metro.co.ukChris Evans looked more than ready to pound the pavement as he prepared to take on the London Marathon on Sunday.The radio DJ will be joined by his entire Virgin Radio breakfast team, including Rachel Horne, Vassos Alexander, Dr Rangan Chatterjee, Paul Rooker and Showbiz John, along with more than 40,000 runners at the annual charity fundraiser.
Last year’s London Marathon was delayed from April to October and held virtually due to the Covid pandemic. After getting up bright and early on Sunday morning, Chris, 55, was pictured in his running gear, which included a blue T-shirt, shorts, multicoloured scarf and cap, as he smiled widely and gave two thumbs up.
