The 18-year-old is considered one of the brightest prospects in South American football having scored seven goals in 11 appearances for Brazil's Under-17 squad.
As a result, Jorge is being linked with several top European clubs and Blues boss Frank Lampard is believed to be very keen.
And according to German publication Kicker , Chelsea will move for the teenager in the summer transfer window. The striker was widely expected to join Juventus before the coronavirus pandemic but the Serie A club’s interest is believed to have waned.
