For the last 12 months Bedside Kosher have been providing Jewish patients in hospitals with food after a demand for kosher meals soared during the pandemic.
To cope with the demand, the charity launched a 'Life Line' fundraising campaign with the hopes of raising £500k between 5-6 May to support their services.
