Celtic have been across the globe throughout pre-season but Brendan Rodgers side will be a bit closer to home when they face Wolves.The friendly clash with the English Premier League side had initially been set to take place in South Korea as part of the the Hoops tour of Asia - but last minute changes saw the Scottish Premiership champions clash shifted to Dublin.The start of the new season is just around the corner for Celtic and Rodgers will be keen to fine tune his starting line-up in the coming days before Flag Day against Ross County next Saturday.
Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui time on his side with the English side midway though their pre-season schedule with the countdown on until they open the campaign against Manchester United on August 14 at Molineux.
Both bosses will be keen to gauge where they are at in their pre-season preparations and Hoops supporters will be keen to see how their side face off against a mainstay of the English top flight - as well as to catch a glimpse of new recruits including Yung Hyon-jun and Kwon Hyeok-Kyo before the curtain comes up on the new campaign.
