Sharing the snap of Joe and waiter Dan on their Instagram page, the restaurant wrote: "Dan meets the talented, Joe Hart who is the Celtic goalkeeper and used to play for Luca’s favourite team, Torino." They added: "@joehartofficial we hope you enjoyed your meal and we hope the food is just as good as it was when you were in Italy." Just last month, Scots comedian Kevin Bridges also visited the Italian eatery and posed for photos with staff.
The restaurant shared a snap on their social media, writing: "The man, the myth, the legend… Scotland’s favourite comedian @kevinbridgescomedian joined us for some Italian classics.
We hope you had a lovely meal and we hope to see you back again soon." And La Lanterna seems to be quite the celebrity hotspot, as last year, Hollywood star Michael Keaton also booked a table to tuck into some gorgeous Italian grub.Other celebrities who have been spotted there include Lewis Capaldi, Still Game's Ford Kiernan, Marti Pellow as well as other football stars.
