Police will not be investigated over their contact with Caroline Flack before the Love Island host took her own life, a watchdog has ruled.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct today said there was "no indication of a causal link – directly or indirectly – between the actions or omissions of the police and Caroline Flack's tragic death".
Police last had contact with Flack, who had been charged with assaulting her boyfriend Lewis Burton, in December last year while she was in custody.
