Nick Grimshaw opens up on his conflicting feelings over Caroline Flack's death

mirror.co.ukRadio 1 presenter Nick Grimshaw has opened up about the loss of his friend Caroline Flack, who took her own life in February aged 40.
Nick, 35, said he found out she had died when his friends messaged him on the phone, and he immediately drove home from the gym and cried alone.
Caroline was facing trial of assault against her boyfriend, Lewis Burton. In an in-depth interview with The Guardian, he called Caroline "joy and fun" and said she was always the life and soul of the party.
He opened up on the feelings of conflict he had when she died young, like several of his friends have done. "You always play a bit of ‘what could I have done?’” he said.
