The coronavirus regulations banning all but essential travel between England and Wales have now been partially lifted. People from England and Scotland will now be able to travel into Wales from tier one and two areas from 6pm on December 4.
They will also be able to take a holiday too. But the new regulations ban travel to and from Tier 3 areas - including Greater Manchester.In Scotland people cannot travel from Wales to Level 3 or Level 4 areas of the country - while all of Northern Ireland is also barred from entering following their new national lockdown.However the Welsh Government said it still.
