Caity Baser has been announced as a keynote interviewee at War Child’s upcoming ‘Women In Music’ day on October 9.The event comes as part of the charity’s ‘Day Of The Girl’ campaign with YouTube Music, which seeks to highlight the key issues affecting women in music.

The former NME cover star will feature in the ‘Women in Music and Creative Industries Panel Day’ at Google Digital Studios, Pancras Square, London on October 9.Taking place around the UN’s International Day of the Girl Child, the event also highlights War Child’s work protecting, educating, and advocating for the rights of girls and women living in war zones.Elsewhere, as part of the campaign, Bree Runway, RØRY, Matilda Mann and Connie Constance will play intimate shows around London between October 8-12.Bree Runway and RØRY will kick off the series of shows on October 8, with the former playing Lafayette and the latter performing at 100 Club.

Matilda Mann will then play Lafayette on October 9, and Connie Constance will wrap up the string of shows at The Lexington on October 12.
