A German bus company has devised a novel - and very grim - approach to encouraging its passengers to wear face masks. With temperatures rising this July, Berlin operator BVG reckons the key is to encourage people not to wear deodorant.
Their logic is that people are more likely to cover their noses if those around them have bodily odour. It wrote on Twitter : "Given that so many people think they can wear their masks under their noses, we're getting tough."
